Special Vacations Deserve Special Celebrations

Milestone vacations celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, baby-moons and honeymoons provide a great opportunity to surprise your loved one with an extra special event, excursion or treat.
Recently, I worked with a couple celebrating a 25th wedding anniversary. The wife reached out to me asking if I could arrange for a day of golf for her husband, but not to let him know. To help with the element of surprise prior to the trip she begged him not to spend a whole day of their anniversary vacation away at a golf course leaving her alone.
Based on her request I arranged for his secret day of golf, making sure that no one at the resort gave away the surprise by mentioning it at check-in or having it on any of their paperwork. The husband was thrilled when he learned of the news after he arrived and checked in (we had arranged for a certificate to be left for him in the room) and he had a great day of golf! In the meantime, we booked the wife for a spa treatment for that same day, something that the husband would not have enjoyed so it was a win/win situation.
